Control every model change with full lineage
The Governance Studio puts risk owners and compliance teams in control of the model lifecycle — from validation to release to rollback — with a complete audit trail for every change.

Model Lifecycle
From development to production — gated at every step
Each stage produces a record. The approval gate is the only path to production. There are no shortcuts.
Development
Model trained on versioned, labelled data. Performance metrics logged automatically.
Validation
Holdout evaluation confirms performance bounds. Calibration and threshold analysis generated.
Approval Gate
Risk owner reviews metrics, signs off on threshold policy. Gate records who approved and when.
Production
Version promoted. Live scoring begins. Activation timestamp and version ID recorded.
Monitoring
Accuracy tracked across cohorts. Analyst feedback flows back into next retrain corpus.
Rollback / Refresh
Any prior version can be reactivated. Or a new refresh cycle opens — with the same gate.
Core Controls
Six governance pillars
Version Registry
Every model version is stored with its validation metrics, threshold configuration, and activation timestamp. Switching back to a previous version is a single approved action — not a re-deployment.
Approval Gates
No model change reaches production without clearing the gate. Each release requires performance validation against a holdout set and explicit sign-off from the designated risk owner.
Audit-Ready Lineage
From raw training data through to the live scoring policy — every step is recorded. Examiners can trace any alert back to the exact model version and threshold that produced it.
Controlled Refresh Cycle
Models are updated on a scheduled or triggered basis using closed-loop analyst feedback. The retrain job is version-stamped and must pass the same approval gate before it goes live.
Drift Detection
Decision accuracy is tracked across rolling time windows and customer cohorts. When performance moves outside expected bands, a warning surfaces in the governance console — before it becomes a regulatory finding.
Threshold Governance
Alert and routing thresholds are first-class governed artefacts. Changes are tracked, timestamped, and attached to the model version they affect. No undocumented policy changes.
Regulatory Readiness
Documentation that survives an examination
Regulators want to know what model made the decision, when the policy changed, and who approved it. The Governance Studio records all three — automatically.
SAR-Ready Dossier Export
Each alert can generate a packaged dossier containing the transaction, the risk evidence, the model version, and the threshold in force at the time — bundled for regulatory submission.
Every Disposition Logged
Analyst decisions are recorded with a timestamp, user identity, and the model run that produced the alert. No gap in chain of custody from signal to outcome.
No Undocumented Threshold Changes
Thresholds are versioned alongside models. The governance log shows exactly when a policy changed, who approved it, and what the previous setting was.
Access Control
Tailored access by role
Risk owners, compliance teams, and engineers each see the controls relevant to their function. No over-provisioned access.
